A Report on Shortfalls in Medicaid Funding for Nursing Home Care paints a bleak picture. Wisconsin is last in the nation for reimbursement of Medicaid expenditures.
The outlook for 2010-2011 is the worst it's been in the seven years the report has been prepared for the American Health Care Association. The Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging has the breakdown.
